Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for all products at Printmazing. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

  • All returns or refunds must be approved by our SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO Being sent
  • Please contact us and send a photo of product
  • Return/Exchange Policy Does Not Apply to Products Purchases with a Discount Code or Free Items.

Order Modifications or Cancellation:

After your order has been placed, if you want to request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation, please note the maximum time frame you have to contact to our customer support team and make the request: 
- 24 hours for All over print products: hoodie, zip hoodie, sweatshirt, T-shirt, leggings, leather bag, leather boots, sneakers, high top shoes, light up shoes, car seat covers.
- 2 hours for Direct print products: T-shirt, long sleeve T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, flowy tank, unisex tank

Damaged / Incorrect Order:

At Printmazing, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. But sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement or refund for you!

All we need is a clear photo of the item(s) showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item and email it to us, along with your order number to our customer support team.

We do not encourage you to return the products. If the product that you receive is damaged or incorrect order, please keep the product, you can do anything with it, we will send you a free replacement or refund sent to you right away once we receive your email and verify the issue.

Exchanging Items (Sizing Issues):

If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the issue. Please contact our support team to begin the process: support@printmazing.com

If you ordered a pair of shoes (for example size US7), and they arrive per order as a US7, but do not fit you because of your particular foot type, we will send you another pair free of charge (customer pay only shipping cost and/or extra size cost). You can donate the old pair to a good cause or a friend in need. We love to give back.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by us.

Free exchanges will only be allowed once per order.

If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we aren't responsible for this.

In case you choose wrong size or the size you choose is not fit to you and you would like a replacement, please keep the product, we will send you a replacement. You just need to pay one third of the original cost for the replacement. We do not encourage you to return the products. Because if you return the product in sizing issues, beside the fee for the replacement product, you will have to pay very high shipping cost for returning, and you have to wait until we receive the return, then we send you the replacement. Therefore you have to wait double time and spend more money to receive replacement.

Order not received:

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes or saddle bags since you received the email informing shipping information and tracking number, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries and in peak season, the shipping time can be longer)

Returns and Refunds:

If you're unhappy in any way, We're unhappy!

But, We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item
